We would first like to inform you that ShipOffers is a third-party fulfillment warehouse, and cannot directly resolve issues from our clients’ customers. We also never obtain payment from our clients' customers and are not involved in the initial purchase transaction. You will need to get in contact with the company you placed your order with originally so that their support team may assist you, as we only distribute products for our clients.
If you still have your packing slip, some of our clients have their contact information near the bottom of the packing slip. Alternatively, you will see the store name where the products came from in the top left corner with the return address. We do have the customer service contact information for each of our clients, so if you can provide us with the store name, we would be happy to provide that to you!
If you still need our assistance and need to confirm the contact info for the company you're trying to get in touch with, please send an email to Help@shipoffers.com and include the following information so that we may assist you most efficiently:
- Your full name as it appears on your order.
- The email address associated with the order.
- The company name, or if unknown, the exact name of the product you ordered.
Kindly allow us 24 hours to reply with the correct contact information. Please note we are unable to assist with any other inquiries such as refund status, order questions, order cancellations, etc. as these are questions that can only be answered by the company you placed the order with.
